8:00 to 10:00 Arrive and set up for the day
10:00 to 11:30 Executive Board Meeting
11:30 to 12:30 Food Prep and setting up tables
12:30 to 1:30 Lunch
1:30 to 5:00 Lawn Games
3:00 Watermelon Snack
5:00 to 6:00 Supper from Leftover Lunch
6:00 to 10:00 Rest, clean up, play lawn games, cards
