The Atlanta Area Bibliographic Instruction Group (AABIG) welcomes conference proposals for the 2018 AABIG Conference to be held on June 8, 2018 at Mercer University in Atlanta, GA.
Proposals can be for a:
• 45-minute presentation (including Q&A)
• 20-minute presentation (including Q&A)
• poster session
This year’s theme is:
Instruction Near and Far: Engaging Our Audiences Where They Are
We encourage librarians to present on innovations in library instruction having to do with
• distance learning
• the flipped classroom
• online tutorials
• learning technologies
• using badges and/or gaming
• social media
• etc.
Proposal Submission Deadline: March 28, 2018 by 11:59 pm.
